Emails for new requests

Your page can email you about every new entry, for example a contact request. If you like, the visitor gets a confirmation too. It's included in your plan and costs no credits.

Step by step

Open Data
In the studio, tap “Data” in the toolbar and scroll all the way down to the emails section.
Turn on notifications
Turn on “Email me about new entries”. Emails go to the email address of your Larily account.
Confirmation for visitors
Turn on “Visitor gets a confirmation” if visitors should get a confirmation. This only works if the form has an email field. Replies go straight to you.
Done
Each switch saves right away. Try it on your published page.

Good to know

Emails are only sent from the published page, not from the preview in the studio.
How many emails per month are included depends on your plan. You see the current count right below the switches.
If the allowance is used up, your page still saves every entry. Only the emails are skipped until the end of the month.
If your form has no email field yet, write in the chat, for example: “Add a field for the email address to the contact form.”
