Partner terms

These terms apply to the Larily partner programme (owner Emily Lechthaler, Kurzglend 8b, 6911 Lochau, Austria). They add to our terms and conditions. By applying, you agree to them. We have written them as simply as we can. If anything is unclear, ask us.

1. Who can join

• You can join from the age of 18 with a Larily account, on any plan, including the free Sketch plan.
• You apply in your account. We look at every application by hand. We either approve or decline it and email you in both cases.
• There is no right to be approved. We don’t have to give a reason for declining.
• You recommend Larily independently and in your own name. You are not employed by Larily and may not act on behalf of Larily, make promises for it or enter into contracts for it.

2. Your link and when a customer counts for you

• As a partner you share your personal link (larily.com/…?von=…). It can lead to any page on larily.com. It is the same link you use for normal recommendations.
• If someone clicks your link and creates an account in the same visit, they count for you. If they agree in the cookie banner, larily.com also remembers the link in a cookie for 90 days; if they create an account during that time, they also count for you. If they enter your code when signing up, they count for you too.
• If the person then clicks another referral or partner link, the newest link counts. If they enter a code when signing up, that code counts.
• Whether you are a partner is decided at the moment the person creates their account. People who came through your link before you were approved earn you credits as with normal recommendations, not money.
• If the person doesn’t agree to the cookie, deletes or blocks cookies, or signs up on another device without entering your code, we can’t match the sign-up to you. We don’t add recommendations afterwards.

3. What you get

• You only earn money for customers who pay. Accounts that pay nothing (for example on the free Sketch plan) earn no start bonus.
• Start bonus: a fixed amount once per customer, depending on the plan: Build €40, Grow €75, Scale €100. It is due as soon as the customer has paid their 3rd monthly invoice, or with the first paid yearly invoice for yearly plans. The plan on that invoice counts.
• There is no ongoing commission. Further payments by your customer don’t earn any extra money.
• There is no start bonus for the Sketch plan or for credit packs.
• If the customer changes plan later, there is no second start bonus.
• There is no monthly cap.
• We may pause the programme during promotions with heavily reduced prices. Subscriptions first paid during a pause earn no start bonus and no other reward. We tell you about a pause by email at least 30 days in advance. Black Week 2026: 26 to 30 November.
• People who come through your partner link get 25 credits to start and 75 more with their first subscription payment. You may not promise any other discounts.
• For your recommendations you may use the logo, images and texts from “Material to share” for as long as you are a partner. Please don’t alter them or use them in a way that looks as if Larily itself is speaking.

4. Review period

• The start bonus waits 30 days after the payment that makes it due, in case that payment is withdrawn, refunded or charged back. After that it is released.
• In your partner area you can always see what is under review, released and already paid out.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

• If one of the first 3 monthly payments (or the yearly payment for yearly plans) is refunded or charged back, the start bonus is dropped.
• If the start bonus has already been paid out, we offset it against your next payout.

6. Payouts and taxes

• We transfer money to your bank account once a month as soon as at least €50 is released. Smaller amounts stay and are added to the next payout.
• For this we need the name on the account, your address, your IBAN and how you bill: as a private person, as a small business or with a VAT number. Please keep these details up to date.
• Instead of an invoice from you, we create a self-billed invoice (credit note) as a PDF for every payout. You agree to this.
• You are responsible for paying tax on your earnings. What that means for you is best checked with your tax adviser.
• With an Austrian VAT number, we show 20% VAT on the credit note and pay it out. With a VAT number from another EU country or from Switzerland, we show no VAT. The tax liability then passes to Larily (reverse charge): Larily reports and pays the Austrian VAT, you don’t need to do anything for it. What you need to report in your own country is best clarified with your tax advisor. Private individuals and small businesses: no VAT.
• You can also join from Switzerland. We always pay in euros by bank transfer to your IBAN. Fees charged by your bank and costs of converting to Swiss francs are yours.

7. What isn’t allowed

• Ads bidding on the name Larily or similar terms (including misspellings), for example in search engines or on social networks.
• Spam: unsolicited emails, messages, comments or posts.
• Referring yourself: your own accounts through your link, or accounts created just for the start bonus.
• False promises, such as discounts, prices or features that don’t exist, or giving the impression that you speak for Larily.
• Advertising without a label. If your recommendation earns you money, clearly mark it as an ad.

8. Misuse

• If a customer pays with the same payment card as you, we hold the start bonus and check it by hand.
• If we suspect misuse, we hold amounts until the matter is cleared up and let you know.
• If you break these terms, we can exclude you from the programme. We don’t pay out amounts that result from a breach. Amounts already paid out are offset or reclaimed.

9. Your data and your customers’ data

• You don’t see your customers’ names or email addresses, only “Customer 1, 2, 3” with plan, amounts and dates.
• We use your IBAN and payout details only for payouts and credit notes. Only you and the Larily team can see them.
• If you tick “Show my name in the invitation” in the partner area, everyone who opens your link sees the name you enter there. You can switch this off at any time. Only enter a name you are allowed to use, no other people’s names or brands. If a name is misleading or breaks these terms, we may hide it.
• We keep credit notes for as long as the law requires. You can find more in our privacy policy.

10. Ending

• You can leave at any time, in your partner area with “Leave partner programme” or by email.
• We can change or end the programme or these terms with 30 days’ notice and will tell you by email. If you break these terms, we can exclude you immediately.
• We pay out what you earned up to the end after the review period. Payments after the end no longer earn a start bonus.

• Austrian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
• These terms are available in several languages. If there are differences, the German version applies.
